1。 我的需求是，英文系统，最常用字体Consolas，问题是中文不能显示，添加了微软雅黑的fontlink解决。整理测试了一下，下面一行命令即可完成。
REG ADD “HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Fontlink\SystemLink” /v Consolas /t REG_MULTI_SZ /d “MSYH.TTC,Microsoft YaHei UI,128,96″\0″MSYH.TTC,Microsoft YaHei UI”\0″Arial.TTF,Arial”
#注意\0的使用，因为注册表里不允许换行
#也添加了Arial的fontlink，应该可以包容较大范围的UTF-8字库。

2。 如果需要运行老的程序，在不更改locale的前提下，可以试试Locale-Emulator。以前的appLocale在windows 10下面的表现不好。

Control Panel -> Clock, Language, and Region -> Region -> Administrative -> Language for non-Unicode programs -> Chinese(Simplified,China)
